A study has found that frequent sexist wisecracks and comments, and an office culture where women are commonly undervalued and ignored, are just as damaging to women as single instances of sexual coercion and unwanted sexual attention.

Gary Adshead spoke to the one of the authors of the study, the Director of Centre For Ethical Leadership, Professor Robert Wood.
